* Our printing panel (They can do normal time print or urgent time print) So we can grab extra customer if they want urgent print. Almost customer don’t like to be waiting to long to get a material ordered. Sometimes price doesn’t matter cause it can save another time to do another thing that the most valued.
* Sometimes also what the customer service is response is most important than anything else because we focus to finishes the artwork & very detail. Some other person can’t be handle if customer make a many changes & really complicated instructions that hard to understand. So if it happens, maybe the result of the artwork maybe is it not matches from what they ordered. Then the finishes, the client can’t accept the result & that customer service blame the client thats the actual instructed.
* From this experience, we better prepare the artwork included high-quality images (pen-drive) & font type (font file) may in use for better explaination in ordering the job. Maybe touch-up a little detail artwork can be done (because difference software we used) but the whole images must be sketches by the owner first & not start sketch from the blank. It will cost you if it takes more time to be done.
* If another printing shop offer cheaper than them, i still with them because of service that we suitable to discussion & save time to make decision. Sometimes new places can’t be asking much many if we don’t order it. We must know the detail before we order right?
